the MiCLAS. - licensing model


The license price of a MiCLAS. installation depends from the included modules and the maximum number of users who are simultaneously active. Due to the modular MiCLAS.-program- and licensing-construction each client has thus 3 direct advantages:

1. MiCLAS.-advantage:
A client buys only these MiCALS-modules, which are really necessary. Parts of the program, which aren’t necessary, aren’t to pay. This leads to the situation that a MiCLAS.-client simply “throw off” the ballast which he doesn’t need; and so he will receive a customized software on his needs; a slim standard solution for the optimal illustration of the business-processes.

2. MiCLAS.-advantage:
In principle MiCLAS. may be installed on any PC-working-places.

3. MiCLAS.-advantage:
If you should realize after some weeks or months of successfully MiCLAS.-use in your daily business that you need, due to to extension of your business, some additional MiCLAS. licenses or more modules, then these can be activated after a previous fax-order and without a complex new-installation only by input of one or several 20-digit activation-codes directly.
Complex and expensive upgrades of installations are not apply.

 

Example:
If MiCLAS. licenses for 5 user are aquired, then MiCLAS. may be nevertheless quit installed on 10 or more PC stations. However at the same time to work with MiCLAS. is possible for maximal 5 PC-Stations. If MiCLAS. on a further PC is started, then this user gets an information that the maximum number of simultaneous licenses is exceeded. This so-called dynamic-license-model has substantial advantages compared to the usual static licensing, because in fact always some employees are actually out of office, in a meeting, in vacation, etc. These unused licenses do not have to bought in the dynamic MiCLAS.-model.
